I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. You can provide your insurance information when scheduling your initial appointment, and I’ll verify whether or not I take your insurance prior to our session.

Currently, I charge $180 per session without insurance. If you’re using insurance, the cost per session will depend on your deductible and/or your co pay.

I provide in person sessions in Ann Arbor, MI, but I see clients from across the state of Michigan. I’m also licensed to practice in the state of Colorado.

I take a holistic, body-centered approach to support your healing by using Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and processing emotions and past trauma. We’ll work together to find an approach that works best for you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Denver. I am also a Somatic Experiencing Provider (SEP), and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have over ten years of experience providing individual therapy designed to meet the specific needs of my clients.
